makes 3 1/2 dozen

cooking time: 10 t0 11 minutes


1 and 3/4 of a stick of butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp of vegetable shortening, at room temperature
3/4 cups of brown sugar
3/4 cups of sugar
3 cups of quick cooking (old fashion) oats
2 eggs 
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bags of marshmallow


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon set aside.
  3. In a large bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment cream together your flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for a few seconds.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix together to combine but do not over mix.
  5. Add the oats, chocolate and the marshmallows you cut up and mix together for about 10 seconds.just long enough to incorporated the oats, chocolate and marshmallows.
  6. With your spoon or spatula, just give everything one last mix by hand from the bottom up, just to make sure that all your ingredients are combined.
  7. Using a small scoop, drop the dough onto a non baking sheet or your greased down baking dish spread a couple inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  9. Let them cool and enjoy.

1 lb pizza dough store bought or homemade
1 pack of shredded cheese
Pepperoni enough to stuff the dough
Italian Seasoning 
1/4 cup of Crisco oil
A pinch of Garlic Salt
Pizza sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush baking dish with a little oil and set aside.
  2. Dump your pizza dough on a floured surface and roll it so that it's nice and thin but not to thin that it breaks to easily.
  3. cut the dough into 20 pieces.
  4. Fill each piece with pizza sauce, cheese and a couple of pepperoni.
  5. Roll each piece until you get o the other end, and place the seam side down onto you baking sheet or greased cooking dish spread apart.
  6. in a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, Italian seasoning and black pepper, set aside.
  7. Brush the top with oil and then sprinkle your garlic and seasoning blend.
  8. Bake them for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve

For the pizza dough

3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp oil 
1 1/3 cups of warm water
1 envelope of yeast


  1. Add the yeast and sugar to the warm water and set it aside for about 3 minutes.
  2. In the bowl with a standing mixer, fitted with a dough attachment mix together the flour, salt and add oil. Stir the yeast in the water to make sure it's all dissolved and add it to the flour mixture.
  3. With the speed on medium, mix until everything is combined. Reduce the speed to low and mix for 10 minutes.
  4. Oil a large bowl with some oil and set aside
  5. When the dough is nice and smooth, dump it to your workplace and just pull it together into a ball.
  6. Place it seam side down in the oiled bowl and brush the top with a little oil as well. Cover with plastic wrap and place it somewhere warm so it can rise and double in volume.
